📦 Order Processing & Tracking

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly:

Standard Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Specialty Items: Please note that orders including a Specialty Saree (e.g., Dolabedi Sarees, or others requiring specialized finishing) may require an extended dispatch time of 5–7 working days.

Tracking Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email and potentially through WhatsApp (if you use our Magic Checkout service) with your Tracking URL and AWB number.

Delays: In case of any unforeseen delays in processing your order, we will notify you immediately.

📱 Important Note for India Deliveries

10-Digit Indian Mobile Number is mandatory for all deliveries within India. Our logistics partners use an OTP-based delivery system for secure and verified package handover.

Non-Delivery Risk: Failure to provide a valid mobile number or failure to receive the required OTP may lead to non-delivery of the package.

Reshipping Charges: If the package is returned to our warehouse due to delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for bearing an additional shipping charge to reship the package.

✈️ International Shipping (Outside India)

All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

Customs & Duties: The product prices on our website and the shipping charges are exclusive of import duties, customs fees, and local sales tax levied by the country you are in.

Recipient Liability: As the recipient, you are fully liable for all import duties and taxes. Payment of these duties is required to ensure customs clearance and final delivery.

Returns Policy: If you refuse to pay these charges and the order is returned to our warehouse, we will not be able to refund the original shipping charges and will deduct the charges incurred for the return shipment.
